• Do not replace emergency medical care
• Do not guarantee issuance of a prescription
• Depend on the accuracy of information provided by the user

3. Booking & Appointments

• Appointments can be made via website, WhatsApp, phone, or email.
• Appointment timing is subject to doctor availability.
• Services may be declined outside operational coverage areas.

4. Fees & Payments

• Fees are communicated prior to booking
• Payments may be collected online or during the visit
• Online consultation fees are non-refundable once completed

5. User Responsibilities

Users must:

• Provide accurate information while booking
• Ensure safe access for home visit consultations
• Follow medical guidance responsibly

6. Emergency Disclaimer

Affinity Doctor at Door does not provide emergency medical services.
In case of an emergency, please contact your nearest emergency number immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Delays due to traffic or unforeseen conditions
• Technical issues affecting online consultations
• Incorrect information provided by the user
• Outcomes dependent on user actions or follow-through
